Tungsten support rod with high density, high melting point, excellent hardness, high tensile strength, high temperature resistance, low vapor pressure as well as superior wearing resistance, is gradually standout among the various swaging rod making materials. As a component of heating element, tungsten support post is almost exclusively used in vacuum furnaces under high temperature ranges from 1,800℃ to 3,000℃.

Features:
1. Tungsten support rod is of high purity above 99.95%;

3. The recommended usage temperature should be no more than 2500℃;
4. The thermal expansion coefficient of tungsten support rod at 1600℃ is 4.98x10-6;
5. Its yield strength at 2028℃ is about 25Mpa;

Notice:
1. The relative humidity of the working environment should be no more than 60%; otherwise tungsten support rods are easily catch oxidation;
2. During the installation, the support structure and foundation should be level and firm at both normal and high temperature to ensure a steady working environment for tungsten support post;
3. With continuous pressure under high temperature, tungsten support rods may deform sharply. Therefore, support rod with high temperature creep resistance is of crucial importance. We recommend customers to try ceriated tungsten support rod.
