Description:
Due to the advantages of high density, high strength, high erosion resistance, low resistivity and low thermal expansion, tungsten crucibles are widely used in various industries. Our company can produce tungsten crucibles according to the customer drawing.

Application
1. Tungsten crucibles can be applied in sapphire growth furnaces, quartz glass melting furnace, single crystal furnace, induction furnace, etc;
2. It also plays an important role in machinery processing, glass manufacturing, ceramic manufacturing, metallurgical industry and light industries.

Features:
1. Tungsten crucible has a very high purity above 99.95%;
2. Its density is more than 18.2g/cm3;
3. The appropriate working temperature can be as high as 2500℃;
4. The vapor pressure at 2100℃ is about 10-6 Pa;
5. The blackness of tungsten crucible at 2027℃ is about 0.295;
6. It has a fairly low thermal expansion coefficient of 4.98x10-6.

Packing and Shipping:
We deliver pure tungsten crucibles in plywood cases by ocean shipping or air transportation.

Notice:
1. Due to the heavy and fragile properties, tungsten crucibles should be lifted slowly and steadily by high strength hoisting soft belt;
2. The relative humidity of the working environment should be no more than 60%, otherwise tungsten crucibles are easily catch oxidation;
3. During the installation, the support structure and foundation of tungsten crucible should be level and firm at both normal and high temperature to ensure a steady working environment.
