Home » High Temperature Furnaces

Description:
High temperature furnaces, as parts of vacuum furnaces, are widely applied in the iron and steel industry, metallurgy industry, electronic industry, etc. They possess outstanding properties of low vapor pressure, low thermal expansion, high mechanical and thermal stability as well as excellent uniformity. High temperature furnaces can be well applied at temperature up to 2800°C in vacuum or protective atmospheres. LTWM has a line of standard products and also builds many custom furnaces to meet specific requirements from customers.

Common Applications:
1. Refractory metals such as tungsten, molybdenum are ideal for high temperature furnaces;
2. The vacuum furnaces are suitable for arc melting, arc casting, alloy creation, brazing, binding, ceramic firing, etc;
3. They are also widely used for alloy creation, crystal growing, wire annealing, hot pressing, and powder metallurgy;
4. High temperature furnaces can be adopted in laboratory research, material densification, melt injection molding (MIM), Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD), Chemical Vapor Infiltration (CVI), etc.
